Driving parts stores to think bigger.

When you’re running an automotive parts store, it’s easy to focus on serving one vehicle at a time. But one of the nation’s top parts manufacturers knew there were bigger opportunities out there: entire businesses operating fleets of vehicles.

So we went into the field to speak with store owners who were already serving these businesses successfully. We followed them to local government bays, emergency response companies, and bus yards. Then we wove their stories into a documentary that makes their case so persuasively, the manufacturer made it the cornerstone of its store-education series.
